Senator Taylor objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, it was so ordered. Senators Little, Kerttula offered Amendment No. 4 : Page 4, line 8: Delete all material. Insert "act or omission under authority of AS 18.15.300-18.15.320. However, this subsection does not preclude liability for a grossly negligent or intentional violation of a provision of AS 18.15.300-18.15.320." Senator Little moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 4. Senator Taylor objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 4 be adopted?"
